Purchase Order System

The WILLOW Manufacturing System is an integrated, modular, online system
providing full-featured, intuitive functions for medium-size companies carrying
out discrete or processing manufacturing. The applications are designed to
enhance productivity, maximize financial awareness, reduce operating expense,
and optimize scheduling. It is a menu driven, perceptive system which
non-technical users can access at all levels; from accounting departments,
through management areas to shop-floor personnel

The package covers multiwarehouse applications with automatic tracking of
inventory at multiple stock locations, product and batch serialization, in a
perceptive, user-interactive environment. General Ledger, Accounts Receivable
and Accounts Payable, Order Processing and Invoicing are fully integrated with
Order Entry, Sales Analysis, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Bill of Materials,
Product Costing, Materials Requirements Planning, Work in Progress, Shop Floor
Data Collection, and Resource Planning. The financial modules incorporate
multicurrency facilities and allow consolidation over multicompany and
multidivision structures. All modules are operator-friendly with field
sensitive pop-up help, pop-up lists/tables, and pick-and-carry facilities. Any
screen or function can be activated directly from any other through the pop-up
system. No batch processing is required and current data is imported to the
screen as fields are complete.
